As she read the message, her face took on an increasingly surprised look. She couldn’t believe she was getting this message in her kitchen. Could this really be true? Tom discovered that the engine of the car was a special version when he uploaded the engine data to the system. He couldn’t find a corresponding model in the system.

Shocked by the discovery, and unable to find an answer alone, he sought help from the company’s senior appraisers to see if they could provide any information about the vehicle. Soon, this special vehicle attracted a lot of attention from colleagues, and he received a ton of responses. “This brand no longer exists!” one of the answers said. Another appraiser said, “I don’t know if this is worth a lot of money or no money, you might want to ask the manager.”
